Major Issue: Zoom

Issue:

Zoom Phone, Meetings, and Contact Center may be inaccessible and calling may not be possible.

Description:

Several Users and HPG IT have observed that Zoom has been intermittently inaccessible. Furthermore, some employees have reported that they are unable to call out.

Impact:

This issue is currently impacting all locations and subsidiaries and appears to be intermittent at times. The issue is impacting Zoom all across America. Zoom is aware and working on a solution.

Solution or Workaround:

At this time there is no work around or solution identified. We are waiting for Zoom to produce an update. Unfortunately, Zoom's status portal is also impacted by this outage. We are monitoring alternative communication locations for more information.
