Remove Signature in Outlook Web
To Remove your signature in Outlook Web follow the below directions.
1. Go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings

2. Go to Mail > Compose and Reply (You can also click here to go there directly).

3. Uncheck the box “Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose” and also uncheck “Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to”
4. Click the Save button and close the settings

Your Signature is now disabled.
